- Cooperates with private equity and venture capital funds in their acquisitions and divestments
- Advises on matters related to real estate law and construction law, including on real estate acquisition, zoning, planning, preparation and implementation of the construction process, financing, commercialization, rental, sale, as well as regulatory and administrative issues
- Has extensive experience in drafting legal opinions and contracts (including contracts of sale, lease, general contractor services, including FIDIC, investment representation contracts) and in negotiating contracts in the above scope
