- Provides advice on day-to-day corporate services for capital companies, in particular in organization and services for shareholders’ meetings (including public companies). Has experience in preparation and analysis of necessary documentation and represents partners and shareholders at shareholders’ meetings.
- Specializes in companies law, in particular in day-to-day services for corporate bodies of capital companies. Actively participates in projects related to corporate governance, supervision and liability of management staff.
- Has experience in handling bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings, including analysis of companies’ financial documentation to select the appropriate type of bankruptcy or restructuring procedures.
