The RKKW provided legal support to its client for the launch of an international marketplace called sun.store.
sun.store is a new platform that connects distributors and wholesalers of PV equipment with installers. It offers users a fast and simple buying and selling process and a wide range of products from all over Europe. The platform includes photovoltaic installation components such as modules and inverters as well as energy storage systems, among others. sun.store provides buyers with transparent information on prices and availability of solar products.
Just one month after its launch, the platform had already reached EUR 1 million in turnover and 2,000 registered companies, becoming an increasingly recognisable brand in its sector every day.
The RKKW provided legal services consisting in the preparation and implementation of the appropriate legal structure, the formation and acquisition of legal entities for the implementation of the venture, the shaping of the corporate structure and the preparation of documentation related to the trading of the marketplace, including rules and regulations of operation and commercial documentation.
The RKKW continues to support the platform by providing legal advice on day-to-day operations.
