graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University; degree with honours, holder of a scholarship from the Rector of the Jagiellonian University;
trainee attorney at the Warsaw Bar Association;
has almost four years of professional experience gained in a renowned law firm specialising in litigation, especially commercial and banking disputes;
has extensive experience in conducting civil proceedings, including cases involving entrepreneurs and cases concerning Swiss franc (CHF) loans, conducted at every stage – from pre-trial, through court, to enforcement;
participated in the legal services of financial institutions, including BNP Paribas and PKO BP, gaining practical knowledge of civil and banking law;
she also analyses and gives opinions on contracts, conducts negotiations and represents clients in mediations;
her professional interests focus on civil, commercial and business law, with particular emphasis on company law and corporate disputes
