- Experienced in anti-unfair competition cases;
- Has represented clients before the Polish Patent and Trademark Office, the EUIPO and before the Court of First Instance in Luxembourg;
- Cooperated with leading Polish and international law firms in intellectual property teams;
- Conducts numerous trainings and workshops on IP protection, supporting start-ups in planning their IP protection strategies.
