  • Specializes in new technologies law, copyright and industrial property law;
  • Supports contractors in the broadly understood IT industry, including in negotiating, executing and performing contracts for implementation, development and maintenance of IT systems, copyright contracts, in particular license agreements, SLAs and cloud services contracts (Iaas, Saas, PaaS);
  • Has experience in supporting IT companies in public procurement for development and maintenance of IT systems, including representation at the National Board of Appeals;
  • Has extensive experience in providing comprehensive legal services to domestic and foreign business entities;
  • Author of publications on practical issues in the field of new technologies and public procurement law.
