- she deals with the issues of criminal law protection of intellectual property rights, acting as attorney and defence counsel in criminal cases;
- she has successfully represented clients in litigations concerned personality rights protection in press publications;
- she issues legal opinions on the actions taken and agreements concluded for marketing agencies, media houses, publishers and influencers. She evaluates risks in promotional activities conducted in electronic media, including sensitive products promotion.
