- Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw
- Trainee legal adviser at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw. Winner of an award for achieving a high score in the entrance examination for legal adviser training.
- His academic interests focus on civil proceedings in the broad sense; in this field, he prepares academic publications devoted to this area of law.
- As part of his professional practice to date, he has gained experience in Warsaw law firms and in the structures of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Poland, where he supported PGRP legal advisers in drafting pleadings to courts of all instances, including cassation appeals to the Supreme Court, in particular in cases concerning the State Treasury’s liability for damages, the determination of annual fees for perpetual usufruct, and infrastructure disputes.
