- Specializes in companies law, with particular emphasis on resolution of corporate disputes, and drafting of contracts and agreements among partners and shareholders. Advises on the implementation of managerial and employee incentive programs.
- Experience in the area of capital market law. Advises public companies and financial institutions on capital market transactions, handling of public calls, delisting and disclosure obligations of issuers. Supports clients in structuring holding relations and dispute resolution.
- Specializes in companies law, in particular in day-to-day services for corporate bodies of capital companies, representing partners and shareholders at shareholders’ meetings, representing companies in registration proceedings.
- Prepares, negotiates and reviews contracts, including for sale of shares and assignment of receivables. Has experience in preparing legal opinions and memoranda on companies law and capital market law.
- Has experience in handling court cases and drafting pleadings, in particular in corporate disputes and concerning resolutions of owner bodies of capital companies
- Holds the title of Certified Advisor in the Alternative Trading System awarded by the Warsaw Stock Exchange
- Speaker during many training sessions devoted to corporate law issues
