- since 2012 has continuously served as a member of supervisory boards (including delegated to permanent individual performance of supervisory activities) and audit committees of a number of public and non-public companies belonging to the private sector, representing various sectors of the economy (including financial, IT, FMCG, construction and construction-related areas)
- served as a member of the management board in domestic commercial law companies, including the role of interim manager in the parent company of an international capital group in the human resources management industry with annual revenues of approx. PLN 0.5 billion.
- co-author of Beck’s Large Commentary “Commercial Companies Code. Commentary on amendments (so-called holding law)”.
- author and co-author of publications, including scientific ones, on selected aspects of company law and jurisprudence of the Supreme Court and common courts
- lecturer at many conferences and seminars on business law
- actively involved in numerous legislative works resulting in, inter alia, amendments to the Code of Commercial Companies, including a reform popularising remote meetings of supervisory and management boards of capital companies and owner’s meetings held using electronic means of communication, and resulting in modifications to the organisation of management boards and supervisory boards of capital companies
- is socially active, including serving as a member of the Board of the Foundation “Jesteśmy razem. Pomagamy!”, which, during the first stage of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus pandemic, organised the coordination of the activities of more than seventy private companies in providing aid, the material value of which exceeded PLN 50 million.
