We conclude a double settlement before the hearing begins

The RKKW experts achieved a double settlement in two complex legal proceedings even before the start of the hearings.

Both court disputes concerned the same construction contract implemented in the FIDIC formula, concluded as a result of a tender procedure with a public contracting authority and subcontracts, and involved the same entities, appearing in the pending disputes in different configurations.

The lawyers of RKKW represented the contractor – one of the largest energy companies in Poland – which was the plaintiff in the first case, and in the second case it acted as the defendant.

Importantly, the court proceedings were conducted by two separate district courts in two different appeals.
