Training on “New holding law” – Corporate group law under the new Commercial Companies Code 20.10.2021 (on-line)

We would like to encourage you to take part in the training entitled “NEW HOLDING LAW”. This is an advanced certified workshop organised by Langas Group with the content-related support of, among others, the RKKW Law Firm – KWAŚNICKI, WRÓBEL & Partners. The course is addressed mainly to Members of the Management Board and Supervisory Boards, as well as persons in managerial positions on various levels who are involved in their correct functioning. The training will be held online on 20 October 2021.

During the training you will learn among other things the following:

• what formalities should be fulfilled to join a group of companies
• how to correctly give an instruction to a subsidiary for it to be effective
• when a subsidiary can refuse to carry out the instruction
• who is responsible for any damage arising from a binding instruction having been carried out
• what are extended competences of the Supervisory Board of the parent company

Keynote lectures will be given among others by Dr Radosław L. Kwaśnicki – legal advisor, Senior Partner, President of the Management Board in the RKKW Law Firm, and by Karol Maciej Szymański – Vice-President of the Management Board in the RKKW Law Firm.
