This year RKKW represented Clients during 95 Ordinary General Meetings of public companies (over 22% of all issuers from the Warsaw Stock Exchange regulated market)

On 30 June this year, the high season of ordinary general meetings of public companies, for which the financial year coincides with the calendar year, came to a close.
During that time, the RKKW associates actively represented the Clients’ interests at 95 such Ordinary General Meetings of public companies, of which 94 companies were issuers from the WSE regulated market.
Considering that shares of 426 issuers are currently listed at the WSE regulated market, the RKKW associates participated in over 22% of all Ordinary General Meetings of those companies! And some of them have a shifted financial year and their Ordinary General Meetings are still to take place!
