RKKW advised Luma Automation S.A. on the acquisition of a company in the aluminium industry

RKKW Law Firm provided comprehensive legal advice to Luma Automation SA in connection with the acquisition of 100% of shares in the share capital of a company which is one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of aluminium castings.

RKKW Law Firm’s advisory services included conducting a comprehensive legal review of the company whose shares were being acquired, with particular emphasis on legal issues relating to the company’s cooperation with its contractors and legal aspects related to permits for the operation of equipment used by the company in its production process.

RKKW was also responsible for preparing the transaction documents and then provided support to Luma Automation SA during negotiations with the sellers on the final content of these documents, as well as in activities related to the closing of the transaction.
