RKKW Law Firm provided comprehensive legal advice to the Sellers in the sale of shares in B.A.U.S. AT with its registered office in Ostaszewo to WAS Wietmarscher Ambulanz- und Sonderfahrzeuge – one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of emergency ambulances.

The RKKW team assisted the clients at every stage of the process, from negotiating and reviewing the transaction documentation, through advising on the activities necessary to close the transaction, to its finalisation and supervision of the closing process.
