RKKW active at 30% of Annual General Meetings on the WSE

Associates of the law firm RKKW – KWAŚNICKI, WRÓBEL & Partnerzy advised shareholders or boards of directors on 30% of all Annual General Meetings of public companies on the WSE in 2023 (the first half of this year).
In the figure above, we included only public companies from the WSE’s regulated market – we did not include companies from the NewConnect market. And that’s where RKKW was also present!
It is an honor to be able to work for (shareholders of) one in three public companies in Poland and thus contribute to the development of their corporate governance.
