Multi-million compensation for developer

RKKW Law Firm successfully represented a developer in court proceedings concerning compensation for the reduction in value of land granted for perpetual usufruct.

The case resulted from the municipality’s adoption of a Local Spatial Development Plan, which significantly limited the Client’s investment opportunities on the property.

During the proceedings, RKKW experts demonstrated that there had been a significant decrease in value and loss of investment potential of the property owned by the developer.

The court shared the position presented by RKKW’s lawyers, finding the claim to be justified. As a result, it awarded the Client several million PLN. The judgment is not yet final.
