Success of RKKW’s Client in criminal proceedings

The RKKW Law Firm’s Client (“Company”) has been affected by unfair competition activities undertaken by its former employees. As a result of actions of the perpetrators, information constituting the Company’s business secret were allegedly used in another business entity.

Thanks to the procedural measures implemented by the RKKW Law Firm, including an extensive evidence-gathering initiative, law enforcement bodies carried out searches of residential properties of former employees as well as business premises used by the Company’s competitor. As a result of these measures, a very extensive body of evidence was seized, including financial documentation, numerous data media, hard disks of computers and other communication devices.

The fact that extensive evidence was seized at such early stage of the investigation significantly increases the chances of successful prosecution of the perpetrators.
