RKKW successfully helped our Client from the energy sector to recover the fee for electricity sale.
As the payment of over PLN 13m for electricity sale was not effected on time, our Client, represented by RKKW attorneys, filed a lawsuit. After the litigation started and after the parties’ negotiations, the defendant fully satisfied the main claim of our Client.
