RKKW restored possession of property to well-known restaurateur

The RKKW Client is a tenant of a property in which it runs a recognizable restaurant on the culinary map of Warsaw and the surrounding area. Possession of this property was unexpectedly, unlawfully and forcibly taken away from RKKW Client, which blocked access to the property and prevented it from conducting business. As a result, RKKW’s Client was forced to temporarily suspend the restaurant’s operations, which led to property and image damage on its part. The unlawful violation of possession harmed not only the tenant and his employees, but also the restaurant’s guests, who had planned to hold special events on the property.

The court granted RKKW’s request for security of tenure and ordered the property to be released to the tenant, thereby confirming RKKW’s Client’s rights to the property, as well as the illegality and arbitrariness of the violator’s actions. The order was immediately executed and, as a result, possession of the Property was restored to the Client. Thanks to RKKW’s quick and effective intervention, the restaurant’s operations resumed.
