RKKW law firm advised RES company in negotiating new financing agreement

We supported our client Menlo Electric S.A. in negotiating a new external financing agreement for the further dynamic development of its business. The agreement will allow the company to intensify its ongoing foreign expansion efforts into additional countries and regions.
Menlo Electric S.A. operates in more than 27 countries in Europe and the Middle East and is one of the key and fastest-growing photovoltaic distributors in Europe. The company provides comprehensive solutions and components in the most promising field, contributing to the green transformation of the economy.
Among other things, we advised the client on the analysis and legal verification of financial records, and we also support the company by providing legal advice on day-to-day operations.
