RKKW is a Content Partner of the 5th Forum on the Hills – Family Business

On 22–23 May 2025, in the picturesque setting of the Dylewo Hills at the Dr Irena Eris SPA Hotel, the 5th Forum Na Wzgórzach (Forum in the Hills) took place – Poland’s largest event dedicated to business succession, organised by Puls Biznesu – konferencje.

For another year in a row, RKKW Law Firm was the Forum’s Content Partner.

During the lecture “Succession Without Dispute”, Dr Radosław L. Kwaśnicki – Senior Partner, legal adviser, and Maria Anna Czaińska – Counsel, legal adviser, discussed key issues related to minimising the risk of disputes between heirs, as well as ways to secure the interests of the founder and his family within the company structure.

The presentation was met with great interest from Forum participants, opening a discussion on safe and well-thought-out succession.

The Forum coincided with the second anniversary of the entry into force of the Family Foundations Act in Poland.
