Forgeries and products withdrawn from the USA and Turkey as a result of RKKW’s actions

Under daily activities carried out by the department of Copyright and Art Market as well as Intellectual Property and Unfair Competition in the RKKW Law Firm, more than ten thousand products with digital reproductions of Zdzisław Beksiński’s work have been withdrawn from sale. Effective interventions of our Lawyers were conducted not just in Poland but also abroad.
Beksiński’s work has been hugely popular worldwide, the evidence of which is the use of digital reproductions of the Master’s works on countless products, such as: clothes, mugs, phone and laptop covers, notebooks, bedding, face masks, and many other.
The RKKW Law Firm – the sole representative of the Historical Museum in Sanok with regard to infringements of the intellectual property rights to Zdzisław Beksiński’s works – also caused the removal of forged paintings of the Artist from sale on an American auction portal.
